Hmmm.... Which Big Mac is the best? Personally I know that Mc Dreamy is the "better" of the 2, but I always fall for Mc Steamy's line- Hook line and sinker, I am a goner. I do think Mc Dreamy is cuter.

Seriously? Seriously...I would totally fall for the McSteamy lines...everytime!! But I have to go with McDreamy..he has a heart of gold and he's..oh my God, I'm gonna say it...sensitive. Yup, McDreamy all the way.

Is this even a question? Even a lesbian knows that McDreamy is better...he is a little screwed up...but what guy isn't? I mean all he could say to Meredith was I'm glad you didn't die? WHAT KIND OF B.S. IS THAT? Where is the romance? Why won't they let me have a little romance...it's TV for goodness sake...I don't have any romance in my real life. I WANT SOME on my favorite TV show!!!!

Addison and mcDreamy are totally over anyway, so I really hope mcSteamy moves to Seattle and he and Addison get back together, then Meredith can have mcDreamy.
If I had to choose between the two of them I'd still choose mcSteamy though, mcDreamy isn't that much of a good guy either, he had sex with Meredith and he is married, while mcSteamy isn't (I hope). And also, he's just so much hotter.
I haven't watched much, and I've never seen Steamy. But judging by these picts only, I'm for dreamy all the way! He is cute, masculine, and well, he's got dark hair, (that's realy all I need) and oddly enough, I like his nose. (If you know me, that makes sense). Steamy looks a bit too high maintenance, and metro, for my tastes.

McDreamy is, well, dreamy but Dr. Marc Sloan aka McSteamy is almost too hot for TV ! The five seconds he spent in the towel were just NOT ENOUGH. Dr. Shephard does have the whole JFK Jr. thing going on, but Mc Steamy's Dr. Sloan has that crooked grin that always looks like he's up to no good. Patrick Dempsey is certainly a cutie, but I think it's time for a haircut and a reality check. Sign the damn d-i-v-o-r-c-e papers and get it done! Personally, I don't think Addison is good enough for the delicious Dr. Sloan, but then again, I don't write the scripts. I do however, think he'd be perfect for helping Izzy get over losing Denny. And think how a torrid affair between Mc Steamy and Izzy would piss Alex off???
Mic Steamy is so hot i just love him. On fire seriously hot, i mean like the sun you cant tuch him. Uhuhuhuhuhuh only if he new me, uhuhuhuh he would love me as much as i love him. Did i say he was hot. Ok if i did not say it I LOVE MIC STEAMY.
